Salsa for early birds, a daytime dance class with social interaction at its core. Friendship with a salsa rhythm. Improve your overall fitness and confidence, make new friends, and discover a fabulous and fun social scene.
Intermediate Cuban salsa - Casino Rueda • Son • Cha Cha Cha
2:00-3:00pm
Continue to build on your salsa skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Focus on refining your technique and enjoying the social aspect of dance.
Evening classes: Thursday
Beginner & improver Cuban salsa
7:00-8:00pm
Join a thriving social scene. Unwind after work, catch up with friends, and discover why salsa is an excellent way to keep fit.

ABOUT OUR TEACHER
Lorraine Mason has 30 years of professional experience as an actor and dance tutor, specializing in physical theatre, body movement, and Cuban dance. She has studied and worked with international artists from Cuba, Italy, Poland, Japan and Russia. Lorraine has also served as an adult education dance tutor for Salford City Council, MANCAT & Salford College, and is a founder member/tutor of Dance for Health Community Dance Initiative. She is also a salsa promoter and DJ.
